Altos de Campana
We drive through Altos de Campana, Panama’s oldest national park and home to more than 200 bird species, 39 mammals, 62 amphibians and 86 reptiles. From Cerro Campana, the highest peak of the park, we have a beautiful view of the Gulf of Panama, Punta Chame and on clear days of Isla Taboga. good luck charm and is a national symbol in Panama.</p>

The Valley of Square Trees
We continue to El Valle de Anton, a town located in the valley of the largest dormant volcano in Central America. The valley is the only place in the world where you can find square trees with rectangular trunks.
The golden clubfoot frog
In the afternoon we visit the El Nispero zoo, located in the forest, where you can admire all the animals of Central America. Atlantic Rainforest
440 tree species on one hectare</p>
<p>Have you ever heard of the Atlantic Rainforest? This unique area stretches across Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay. There are a thousand species of birds, 24 species of monkeys and there are 440 different trees on one hectare. You will find the mighty jaguar, the beautiful seven-colored tanager and the golden lion tamarin. Many of the special animals that live in the Atlantic Rainforest are found nowhere else in the world. The area is also indispensable for people: more than 30% of the people in South America depend on water from the Atlantic Rainforest.</p>

Since we planted our first tree on March 8, 2015, Our restoration team of now 124 people has planted over 6.3 million trees (as of Jan 2021) on the Yucatán Peninsula. Our goal: 100 million trees by 2030. Thanks to the incredibly dedicated and efficient work of our team, we are able to plant one tree for every euro donated.<br />
